My name is MonToya. I’m a 33-year-old, mom of three. To tell you a little about myself, I’m a woman with a purpose. I’ve endures a lot; from betrayal to abuse, to being the abuser, to finally finding my way through Christ. I’ve been bitter, spiteful, hurt, lost, and misunderstood. I chose to heal my hurt with sin. I would smoke weed, drink, fornicate, and do anything to fill a void in my unhappy life.
The reality of the situation is that I tried everything, BUT GOD. The restoration and rebirth of Toya – that’s what I named my journal as I started to write, dig deep, stop playing the blame game and work on my real (new) reality and my relationship with God.
As I’m on my journey to walking in my purpose, I would like you to walk with me and prayerfully learn what it really means to let go and let God.
