Life can be an absolute challenge sometimes, a little overbearing and a bit uneasy. Right when you thought you had it all together, life will hit you with a curve ball and rearrange your entire stride. The slightest things can cause a shift; the smallest issue can turn into the largest hurdle, but God. If life were easy there would be no reason to strive for greatness. If life were easy what would encourage us to give God praise. If life were easy how would you stand out amongst the rest? If life were easy……..
When times get rough and you just can’t seem to see your way through, know that there is a God who will never leave you nor forsake you. When you’re in the middle of trial and tribulation and it seems too hard to remain positive, remind yourself that greater is coming.
“6 So be truly glad. There is wonderful joy ahead,
even though you must endure many trials for a little while.”
1Peter 1:6 NLT
The scripture says “…for a little while” which means it won’t last long, stay strong. Your hurdles are strategically designed to make you jump higher to reach your greatest potential. Don’t allow the obstacles of this world suppress the greatness in you. Be Encouraged! Use your obstacles as building blocks to your success. You can be exactly who you want to be, but you first have to believe in YOU! No one can keep you from being great, but you! Discouragement is a mechanism the enemy uses to distract you from your purpose. His job is to Kill, Steal and Destroy you (John 10:10), your vision, your purpose and your opportunities to become great. He is constantly seeking who may devour (1Peter 5:8), but you have to rise up against discouragement and believe that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

God rescues the afflicted and saves the lost, even when you feel like you’re alone, He has not forgotten about you. Be Encouraged! The day you decided to make Him head of your life is the day He promised to never leave your side. Don’t give up on God cause he definitely won’t give up on you!
“6 So let’s not get tired of doing what is good.
At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up.”

Within this month I have had (2) family members attempt suicide. It really forced me to sit down, take a moment and thank God for my sanity; to thank Him for giving me just enough to keep me pressing toward my promises and fulfilling my purpose, to thank Him for loving me enough to give me one more day to please Him. We can sometimes be so ungrateful with where we are that we don’t even realize how things could be worse! Be encouraged! Weeping may endure for a night, but joy will come in the morning! (Psalms 30:5)
