It’s the End of the Year and it’s time to reflect on what/who we are taking into 2019. Truth is, “HE” may not make it… it may be time for you to say boy bye to your dear boyfriend or boo! As women, we often stay in situations (relationships) because we’re too comfortable or we’re scared of the aftermath! We completely ignore the signs and make excuses for the guy’s behavior and sometimes even blame ourselves. Well, we’re not doing that in 2018. We’re saying BOY BYE to dead relationships. (Oh, by the way, I’m saying “we” because I’m on this journey with you all)

Here are a few ways to know it’s time…
Communication is OFF!
“Communication is so essential to a relationship, that the lack thereof can be a sign that the relationship is on its way out,” says Rachel DeAlto, relationship and flirting expert. “Are either of you no longer talking about issues or communicating about things that bother you? That is a huge sign that one of you has checked out.”
If you are finding yourself “voiceless” in the relationship. You’re afraid to speak up about what’s bothering you because it always results in an argument… it’s time to say BOY BYE!
You’re just completely, UNHAPPY!
Girl, the key to living life to fullest, is being happy in EVERY area of life. If you can honestly say he’s not making you happy anymore, no other sign matter. His jokes are no longer funny. The sound of his voice makes you cringe. He can ask you a simple question and you just roll your eyes. It’s time to say BOY BYE! Because listen, he’s no longer serving you and you’re not serving him any good being unhappy either.
You’re CONSTANTLY asking God for signs
“Lord, please give me a sign, Lord please give me a sign… is it time to move on” If this is your daily prayer – First, let’s just point out … you are already having too much hesitation about the relationship. (Quick note: When we stop asking God is this one and start asking when it’s time to move on – Hint, there’s a problem). Which isn’t good… BUT when God gives you a sign that’s opposite from his love and care for you – then that is your sign and you need to stop ignoring it. It’s time to say BOY BYE!
The Friendship is OVER
Listen, Linda… You have to always always always keep the friendship alive in your relationship. Once that’s gone… the relationship is doomed. Just say, BOY BYE!
You’ve Lost a sense of Identity.
Growing and maturing in a relationship is normal. But when you lose who you are, and you’re only who he wants you to be, then it’s time to BOY BYE and get back to you!
Let’s just say it like this, if you have all the signs in the world… and you know deep in your heart the relationship is over, it’s time to say BOY BYE! Being single again isn’t a bad thing, if it’s going to bring you happiness. Happiness is the key to life.. I’m sorry YOUR happiness is key!
