Boss Up on Thy-Self: Pushing Past Self-Imposed Limitations

Boss Up & Glow Up

Are you tired of you? Do you recognize areas of yourself that do not align with the goals and ideals you have for your life? You know deep down there is an alternate version of you. You know, the one that’s more productive, whole, healthy, happier, and stable. Deep down you know there’s a woman waiting to emerge and boss up, but for that to come forth, you must deal with your very own toxic habits and personal constraints keeping you from this said “glow-up.”

The average person is aware of their personal deficiencies. Most people can identify flaws and inconsistencies within themselves, but most people are not aware of the “root” of their personal constraints.

We live in an image-dominated society where we are content with simply “looking“ busy, instead of actually being productive. We get a high simply off the possibilities instead of using our energy to produce the life of our dreams.

Guess Who’s Holding You Back?

Sis, in all honesty…..the only barrier that exists is YOU. Yes, I said it! (You can fight me later). To manifest the destiny God has planned out for you, you must be in alignment with the will of God. The will of God is the road map to success – there is no other way that exists that will actually be beneficial to your soul. God‘s greatest concern is you reaching your destiny while He continues to sit on the throne in your life and in your heart. Success outside the presence of God is a scary situation to encounter, no matter how great it may seem.

You are your only limitation. Your competition is not other people. Your competition is the habits, ways, and mindsets that protect your personal constraints. It’s time you get out of your own way and allow God to move in and through you. You are much more powerful than you could ever believe. The life you see for yourself is possible!

Dedicate Yourself

Here’s a personal prayer you can say to yourself:

Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank You for allowing me the opportunity to know You. I believe You know me intimately and are allowing me to see myself the way You see me. Thank You for showing me the weaker areas of my life, that have yet to be made whole. Thank You for still loving me despite my flaws and disobedience. I trust You only reveal my weaknesses to strengthen them. I believe in You to carry me from faith to faith and glory to glory. Lord, please continue to guide me and give me the strength to overcome my personal constraints and deficiencies. Lord, help me to remain humble. I believe You are faithful to complete the work you began in me. In Jesus mighty name, Amen.
